Yu-Gi-Oh surprise

“Seriously Tom, you have to stop buying these cards. You are far too old to play with them anymore.” Lena said to her boyfriend. “Oh my god… Why do you always have to bring that subject again?” Tom groaned. “Because it’s the truth!” Lena shouted “Everybody thinks you are crazy. Don’t you see that?”

Lena and Tom went on fighting for quite some time, until Lena said “That’s it. I can’t take it anymore.  I’m breaking up. Bye. I hope I’ll never see you again!” Then she stormed out of the house. “Fine! Just leave me alone!” Tom screamed after her.

After Lena had left Tom fell into his bed, crying. ‘Why does she have to be like that…’ After some time he fell asleep, his dreams haunted by Lena, tearing his Yu-Gi-Oh cards.

The next morning Tom woke up, feeling a little better. He checked his mailbox and found one letter in it. “From: Lena; To: Tom” it read on the envelope. ‘Why would she send me a letter? Why not just call? Oh yes, we broke up yesterday… Still strange, that she sends a letter.’ He thought by himself. He sat down at the kitchen table and opened the envelope. It contained nothing, but one half of a Yu-Gi-Oh card. More precisely a Kuribon.

‘What the hell?’ Tom thought. Suddenly the doorbell rang. He opened the door and saw a furious Lena standing outside. “WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?” she screamed and waved an envelope in front of his face. Tom was too surprised to react. “Why do you send me this?” Lena continued, again indicating the envelope. “I didn’t send you anything.” Tom replied “You broke up with me, remember? Why should I send you a letter?”

Now Lena freaked out completely. “DON’T LIE TO ME! I KNOW YOU DID THIS!” She pressed the envelope into his hands. “From: Tom; To: Lena” it read. Tom looked inside and wasn’t really surprised to find the other half of the Kuribon card.

He sighed and said “It might be better, if you come inside for the moment.” “I DON’T WANT TO COME INSIDE! I WANT TO KNOW WHAT THIS SHOULD SAY!” Lena screamed, but Tom just grabbed her arm and dragged her in. “Would you be quiet for a moment, please? Then I can show you something.” He walked over to the kitchen table and picked up his envelope and the card.

“I guess you didn’t send this.” He stated. Lena looked at the envelope and the card. “No, of course not.” “Well, I didn’t send you the other half of the card, so…” Tom began, but was interrupted by Lena. “This is the same card?” she asked.  

“Yes.” Tom said. He took both parts of the card and held them together. “See? It’s the same card. It’s just torn in halves.” “Oh, how cute.” Lena said, momentarily forgetting her anger on Tom. After a short time she looked at her ex-friend. “Why did you send this to me?” she asked. Tom sighed. “I didn’t send it to you, just like you didn’t send me the other half.” He still held both parts of the card together in his hands.

Suddenly the card started glowing and repaired itself. “What the he…” Lena began, when suddenly the card sent out a shockwave and a blast of light. “Aargh…” Tom and Lena screamed, as they were knocked back.

The light lingered in the room for several seconds. Then, suddenly, it concentrated on two things: Tom and Lena. It got complete absorbed by their bodies. Then they started changing. Both of them began to shrink a lot, until they were about the size of ten-year old children. Their hair turned into a cyan color and Tom’ hair shaped itself into two small pigtails at the sides of his face and a short ponytail at the back of his head, whereas Lena’s hair shaped itself into the same pigtails at the sides of her of her face and two larger pigtails on top of her head. Lena’s feminine figure began to reshape itself, as the fat of her breasts and hip-area moved to her belly, while Tom’s belly-fat moved into the other direction, creating wider hips and small A-cup breasts. Tom’s shirt began to morph into a slightly pink jacket and a red shirt with yellow stripes on it, while Lena’s top morphed into a white jacket and a blue shirt with yellow stripes. Their trousers transformed into two matching pairs of shorts, of the same color as their jackets. Finally their shoes changed into red and white sneakers in Tom’s case and blue and white sneakers in Lena’s.

After laying on the ground for some time their eyes fluttered open. “W-Where am I? L-Luna? A-Are you Ok?” “Y-Yes, I think I’m fine Leo. I just feel a little dizzy, that’s all.” Luna said.

The two children took some time to wake up truly and shake off the dizziness in their heads. Unnoticed by them, two duel-disks materialized in the kitchen table.

Luna was the first to see them. “Ah, there they are.” She said and moved to the table. “Hmm? Kuribon, why aren’t you inside the deck?” she took the card and was about to put it back into her deck, when suddenly…

With a small flash of light, noticeable only by her, Kuribon’s duel spirit appeared out of the card. Luna smiled “Yes I know. It’s time we do something against the dark signers.” She turned around and looked right into Leo’s grinning face. “Come on Luna, let’s go outside and duel someone!” he snatched his duel-disk and ran through the door onto the street. Luna shook her head, picked up her duel-disk and shouted “Wait for me!” Then she ran after her brother.
